4 podcasts to level up in life

They say you’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with and for me, there’s no one I spend more time with than my favourite podcast hosts. Whether I’m on a hot girl walk with Emma Grede, grabbing lunch with Trevor Noah, or winding down in the evening with Rochelle Humes and a Lady Who Launched, these podcasts have become a part of my everyday.

They make me think, laugh, reflect, and dream bigger. Here are the ones I keep on repeat:

1. The Jordan Harbinger Show

Every week, Jordan Harbinger invites some of the world’s most fascinating people to share their experiences and life lessons and somehow always finds the golden thread of practical advice we can apply to our own lives. I love the depth of the conversations, the honesty of Feedback Friday, and I never miss a Skeptical Sunday.

Check out the episode starter packs if you’re just diving in.

2. Ladies Who Launch with Rochelle

This one has quickly climbed and become one of my favourites. Rochelle brings warmth, curiosity, and real heart to every episode. Her guest list is incredible, and I constantly find myself rewinding to catch all the gems.
Favourites so far? Emma Grede (of course! I’m kind of obsessed with her) and Jo Malone. It’s the group chat I’ve always wanted to be a part of.

3. What Now? with Trevor Noah

Trevor Noah’s brain is just… on another level. His interviews feel like intimate conversations with a friend, insightful, intelligent, and so funny. I always leave the episode feeling lighter and 50 IQ points better off.

“If I Ruled the World” game is my favourite segment.
Shout out to Christiana for always coming up with the best ideas, even when they don’t pick hers!

How does one become proper friends with Trevor I wonder? asking for me.

4. Aspire with Emma Grede

Every single episode drops pure gold. Emma’s interviewing style is so natural and thoughtful, and her lineup of guests makes me wonder what her contact list looks like. Whether you’re in business or just need a creative boost, there’s something to take away every time.
This is one of those shows I listen too with a journal.

Podcasts and I go together bad!

These podcasts remind me that we don’t need to have all the answers, but we do need to stay curious, listen deeply, and surround ourselves with good conversations.

Now off I go to put some of that knowledge into practice

Have you listened to any of these? What’s on your must-listen list right now? I’m always looking for new favourites.
